Thaï Massage
For Athletes

Thai massage is a massage technique inspired by Yoga and based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicine. It has been taught for over 2500 years.

This massage is practised with clothes on and lasts for over 1h30. It is very suitable for athletes. Initially, this massage is practiced on the floor but it has been adapted on a table. The therapist performs yoga stretches on the receiver to ensure the release of energy flow.

The massage focuses mainly on the legs, back and arms, but the stomach and face are also worked on to give the recipient a very deep feeling of relaxation.
